Motto by Hilton Washington DC City Center

As a Hilton Honors member I was able to check-in via the app, which made for a smooth check-in. The rooms, as described by other travelers are quite small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I actually found to room to be very cozy and functional. All the staff were very friendly, from the front desk, breakfast cafe staff and a special mention for the bartender Kenny, he made me feel very welcome and was so fun to talk to. The location was great as well, only a 10min ride from Union Station and the National Mall. I would definitely stay at Motto by Hilton again.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was a wonderful experience! The location was absolutely amazing right in the heart of everything. The city was beautiful, and the weather was perfect for exploring so we walked to most of the monuments and attractions. Plus, being in Chinatown meant there were amazing food spots everywhere, just steps away from the hotel. The hotel itself was great clean, comfortable, and modern , the room was a bit small but it was expected and the bathroom had everything that you can possibly need. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived VERY late and had called ahead to let them know. They made a note of our late arrival, and everything was ready for us when we checked in. Overall, the combination of the central location, excellent service, and the atmosphere during the holidays made it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Property was well designed and the staff was very friendly. It's a "micro-hotel", where the rooms are much smaller and don't have some amenities. I found that everything in the room was in excellent condition and well designed to make the small space work. They also had a very nice fitness center. The staff allowed me to check in mid-morning which was really convenient. It's located right by a metro stop in a central part of Chinatown with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, including some decent spaces right below the hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the room was perfect for our needs.

From the moment I checked in, EVERYTHING was superior! Sha'Ron (Ronnie) King is outstanding! She was kind, attentive and very professional! She assisted me through the check-in process and offered her assistance throughout my stay! She is a wonderful representation of what is expected from the Hilton brand! Although I had limited communications with the other staff members, the ALL were just a professional. They seem genuinely glad to assist in any way they could.
